Message	Unless we've got some statistics to analyze, we're both stuck reporting anecdotal evidence. You can't say "Just the way it is." - that's simply fallacious without data to back it up. My experience is contrary to yours, that alone shows your experience is not "Just the way it is." Hiring a lawyer doesn't hurt your chances, but it can have a serious effect on your wallet.
